Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Fabiano’s vineyards in Lugana and is harvested only at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
After sorting, the grapes are gently pressed. The must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for 15–20 days.
