Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in the Delle Venezie DOC area and is harvested only at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
After sorting, the grapes are gently pressed. The must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for 15–20 days.
Label / history
Fabiano was founded in 1912, when Francesco Fabiano opened a wine shop in Venice near St. Mark’s Basilica. Initially devoted solely to selling wine, the company acquired a small estate in the Veronese area on the shores of Lake Garda in 1955 and produced its first wines there. It has since introduced new vineyard-cultivation methods and invested in advanced wine-storage equipment.
