The fruit comes from vineyards near the Gran Sasso mountain range.
Vinification
The wine is made by a traditional method for naturally semi-dry wines. Fermentation is deliberately stopped when the desired level of residual sugar is reached.
Ageing
It matures in steel tanks for three months.
