Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from 250 hectares of vineyards divided among 12 plots in the hills of Castelli di Jesi. The plots differ in aspect and elevation, contributing complexity and balance.
Vinification
Each plot is harvested when its grapes reach optimal ripeness. The harvest lasts 20–25 days and involves more than 200 people. After gentle pressing, the must ferments for 15–18 days in stainless-steel tanks and cement vats at a controlled temperature of 16–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests for several months in 100 hl steel tanks, developing additional aromatic complexity, followed by approximately one month in storage after bottling.
Tasting profile
Complex and balanced, with an unmistakable character.
Label / history
The wine has a distinctive bottle design, and annual production exceeds 2 million bottles.
