Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into small crates, with only healthy, fully ripe fruit selected. Traditional vinification includes skin maceration.
Ageing
Maturation takes place at a controlled temperature, first for 24 months in French oak barriques and then for one year in bottle.

Powerful and enveloping, with substantial depth, elegance and a velvety softness.
Label / history
The wine received a gold medal at Concours Mondial Bruxelles 2015 and silver medals at Mundus Vini 2015 and Decanter Word Wine Awards 2015. The 2010 vintage won the Golden Crown at ViniBuoni d’Italia.
