The fruit comes from the county of Benevento.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of October. After careful sorting, the bunches are pressed and fermented in stainless-steel vats at 16–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for three months in steel tanks.

It has a rounded texture, rich flavour and well-balanced acidity.
