The grapes come from the Dal Re vineyard in the heart of Irpinia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in early October. Maceration and fermentation take place in steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is aged first in French oak barrels and then in steel tanks, followed by a further six months in bottle.
