Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow near Naples on chalk soils and volcanic sandstone, which contribute freshness and minerality.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed with their stems. Cold fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 16–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees for four months in stainless-steel vats.
