The grapes come from vineyards in the Alba area.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24–25 °C.
Ageing
After fermentation the wine spends a short time in stainless steel before bottling. It then rests for several more months in the winery's cellars.
Tasting profile
Well balanced, with a velvety texture. The fruit bouquet is intense and lasting.
