Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in vineyards in Marche at 150 metres above sea level. The plots face northeast and are farmed organically, without chemical weed control. Yields do not exceed 70 quintals per hectare.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo natural vinification in steel vats.
Ageing
The wine spends some time on the lees before bottling.
Tasting profile
The nose is aromatic, and the palate has complex flavours.
