Vineyard and terroir
Petit Manseng grows on alluvial soils in low-hill vineyards between 220 and 320 m and is trained using the Guyot system. Its loose bunches have particularly small berries with thick skins.

Fermentation takes place in barriques.
Ageing
The wine remains in barriques for approximately ten months, followed by several months of rest in bottle.

Tasting profile
An especially aromatic, straw-yellow wine. The nose is intense and fruity, with dried-fruit and mineral notes. The palate is savoury, with good acidity and structure.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 12 °C. Pair with Asian cuisine, Thai soups, fish soups or pasta with bottarga; it can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.
