Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the company’s vineyards in Verona.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo partial appassimento for one month. They are then gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months in Slavonian oak barrels.
Serving and pairing
Pair with macaroni, pasta dishes, white meat and young cheeses.
