Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the "Opere di San Pietro" vineyard, in the historic heart of Valpolicella Classico.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and dried under press for five months. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for at least 30 months in 35 hL Slavonian oak barrels, followed by six months in large botti.
