Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow at 200 m above sea level in limestone and clay soils, with a planting density of 4,000 vines per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then destemmed, crushed and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16–18 °C. Secondary fermentation follows in pressurised tanks using the Charmat method.

Elegant, with fresh fruit and floral notes on both the nose and palate.
