Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the winery’s own organically farmed vineyards near Peschiera del Garda, where the soils are rich in white clay.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and crushed, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees for 2–3 months before filtration and bottling.
