Vinification
The grapes are harvested towards the end of September, then destemmed and crushed. Pre-fermentation maceration takes place under extreme temperature conditions. Alcoholic fermentation follows in stainless-steel tanks for 7–8 days.
Ageing
The wine rests in glass for three months.
