Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on the hills of Monteprandone.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed gently and placed in stainless steel tanks, where the temperature is kept automatically at 18–25 °C. Fermentation lasts 8–10 days.
Ageing
The wine is aged briefly in the same stainless steel tanks. It then goes through several stages of filtration and is bottled on a cold sterile bottling line.

Fresh, light and elegant.
Serving and pairing
A versatile wine for the whole meal. It pairs especially well with first courses, white meats and cheeses.
