The De Angelis family founded Il Conte Villa Prandone to sell their wines.

Terroir
The vineyards lie on the hills of Monteprandone, in the province of Ascoli Piceno, in the Marche region — a part of Italy described as still not widely known beyond the country. The vines grow among olive groves at the foot of the Sibillini Mountains and are cooled by breezes from the Adriatic Sea.
Vinificazione
The De Angelis family grows native grape varieties, including Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet, Chardonnay, Malvasia, Pecorino, and Trebbiano, on the hills of Monteprandone.
Il Conte Villa Prandone was founded in 1988 by the De Angelis family to sell the wines made from grapes grown on their Monteprandone hillside vineyards.
