Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are farmed using organic and biodynamic methods.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts takes place in stainless-steel vats, with manual pumping over to manage the cap. The wine is bottled without filtration.
Ageing
Aged in oak barrels for 20 months.

The aroma is intense, with fresh fruit and a refined mineral character. The palate is elegant and complex, combining purity, energy and depth with precision and poise.
