Vinification
The organically grown grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. The wine is bottled without added sulfur dioxide and without filtration; it is consequently cloudy and may contain sediment.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks before bottling.
Tasting profile
Juicy, fresh and easy-drinking, with abundant berry and herbal notes on the nose and palate.
Label / history
The name refers to the combination of white and red grape varieties: miscela means “blend” in Italian.
