Vinification
Whole bunches of grapes go into cement vats for two to three weeks of carbonic maceration. The wine is bottled without added sulfur dioxide and without filtration. It is made from organically grown fruit.

Matured in cement vats.
Tasting profile
Easy-drinking, delicious and juicy, packed with fruit and berry notes, with a light natural fizz. A style of Montepulciano that may be unexpected.
