Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Le Coste’s biodynamically farmed vineyards in Lazio.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand at optimal ripeness. Maceration and fermentation take place over three months in conical French oak vats.
Ageing
The wine matures for two years in 500-litre oak barrels, followed by three years in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
