Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The estate’s vineyards lie in the hills of Veneto, where linden trees were planted many years ago.
Grapes
The blend contains equal proportions of Garganega and Cortese.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed and briefly macerated on their skins before the juice is promptly separated. After clarification, the juice ferments at 15–16 °C using a traditional white-wine vinification process.
Ageing
The wine rests in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Delicate and refreshing, with fruity and floral aromas and a gentle, well-balanced palate.
Label / history
The name “Colle dei Tigli” refers to the linden trees—“tigli” in Italian—planted long ago in the hills where the vineyards grow. A linden leaf on the label recalls the region’s history. Bottling takes place on a separate line, with computers monitoring every stage. The wine is chilled and filtered before being filled into sterilized glass bottles. A special sealing method excludes oxygen, helping to prevent oxidation and preserve the wine’s original character.
