Vineyard and terroir
The estate's vineyards lie in the hills of Valpolicella, north of Verona. The soils are clay and gravel with good drainage. Plenty of sunshine and warmth, together with the cooling influence of Lake Garda, help the grapes ripen fully and develop a complex tannin and phenolic profile.

Corvina 60%, Rondinella 35%, Molinara 5%.
Vinification
Lenotti uses modern technology to improve quality while preserving the wines' authentic character. The must of the red wines ferments at lower temperatures.
Ageing
Ageing takes place in modern cellars with a capacity of 25,000 hectolitres.

Pairs with grilled meat, game and mature cheeses.
Label / history
Bottling receives particular attention. Before bottling the wine is chilled to eliminate microbes. The bottles are treated with hot steam and rinsed with sterilised water, then filled with filtered, cold wine. They are sealed with a technology that leaves no oxygen beneath the cork, helping the wine keep its character over time.
