The vineyards are in Italy, on gravelly soils of moraine origin. The grapes are organically grown.
Grapes
Sangiovese forms the main part of the blend, supplemented by other red varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, then fermented for 6–8 days at a controlled temperature of 20–22 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks and is cold-bottled in a sterile environment.
