Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on the hills east of Lake Garda, in limestone and clay soils.
Grapes
The blend is 50% Corvina, 20% Sangiovese and 30% other red varieties: Pelara, Rebo, Oseleta and Dindarella.
Vinification
After harvest the grapes are dried in boxes. Fermentation lasts 6–7 days at 24–26 °C.
Ageing
The wine is aged in French barriques before bottling.
Label / history
A limited release of 24,000 bottles a year.
