Vineyard and terroir
The Livernano estate is situated at an altitude of 600 metres.
Vinification
Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in stainless-steel tanks. The other varieties are fermented in selected 225-litre oak barrels. The components are then blended and bottled.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for at least six months.

Rich, complex and elegant.
Label / history
The Livernano estate was abandoned after the Second World War. Its owners fully restored it in 1990. The winery operates under oenologist Stefano Chioccioli and agronomist Remigio Bordini.
