Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the company’s vineyards on limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, destemmed and gently pressed. The base wine is fermented at a controlled temperature. A second fermentation follows in sealed autoclaves using the Italian Charmat method, before cold sterile bottling.
