Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in Provincia di Pavia IGT.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, then crushed, cold-macerated and pressed. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless steel vats.
