Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in a south-facing vineyard at 250 metres above sea level, in the heart of Valpolicella Classico.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested and carefully selected by hand, then dried for an average of 45 days. After gentle crushing, they undergo skin maceration and a slow fermentation in stainless-steel tanks for 20–25 days.
Ageing
The wine matures in French barriques for 24–30 months, followed by 6–12 months in bottle.

Complex, well-balanced and aromatic.

The wine is dedicated to the father of the three brothers who currently run Manara.
