The grapes are grown on sun-warmed hills in the province of Verona and picked at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
The organically produced grapes are harvested during the cool morning hours and taken directly to the winery. The wine is unfiltered and clarified naturally by gravity.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with appetizers or simple contemporary dishes.

The wine forms part of the new “Fresco di Masi” range.
