Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from Maso Poli’s own vineyard, one of the winery’s oldest sites, planted in 1978 at 300 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and traditionally vinified at the winery.
Ageing
The wine is aged in small oak barriques.
Serving and pairing
Decant for one hour before serving.
