Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, crushed on arrival at the winery and transferred to stainless-steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. After two weeks, they are pressed, and the must is transferred to French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages in French oak barrels for six months.
