The fruit comes from the company’s own vineyards in Puglia.
Vinification
Perfectly ripe grapes are harvested late and selected after slight drying in the Appassimento method, which concentrates their natural sugars. They are pressed and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.

Label / history
The “40” range is also known as “Quaranta”. Its wines are bottled specifically for Tagaro by Maredivino SRL, a third-party specialist in stabilization, clarification, purification, filtration and bottling.
