Rosa Grande: rosé for summer aperitifs
Rosa Grande is described as a Syrah-and-Vermentino rosé from the Sulcis. Its coral color accompanies floral, citrus and white-fruit aromas; the palate combines freshness, salinity, medium body and a long finish.
A serving temperature of 10–12°C is recommended. Suggested settings and foods include terrace or seaside aperitifs, fresh cheeses, herb focaccia, raw seafood, vegetable finger food, salads with fruit and shellfish, vegetable couscous, tuna or salmon tartare and white pizza with burrata and basil.
The profile links the wine’s character with the salt-bearing wind, sunlight, Mediterranean scrub and the combined agronomic and cellar work behind the blend.
