Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from mountain vineyards in Faedo and Pressano, whose distinctive terroir is reflected in the wine’s aroma and taste.
Vinification
Traditional red-wine maceration on the skins lasts 4–5 days, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in oak barrels for 6–8 months.
