Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the Zablani area northeast of Mezzocorona, where alluvial soils suit Pinot Grigio. They are harvested by hand.
Vinification
The grapes undergo cold maceration and gentle pressing, then ferment at 16–18 °C. The wine is vinified in separate lots: 40% of the must ferments in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, and 60% ferments in small oak barrels.
Ageing
The oak-fermented portion ages in the barrels for 6–8 months with regular bâtonnage. After approximately 11 months the two portions are blended.
Tasting profile
Refined and elegant, with a harmonious balance of freshness and softness. The oak-aged part gives a round, velvety texture. The blend combines delicate vanilla notes with the bright varietal aromas typical of Trentino.
