Vineyard and terroir
The Gewürztraminer grows on the hills of Pressano and Feudo. Trentino's distinctive climate helps the grapes ripen more quickly and naturally develop greater aromatic intensity.
Vinification
After harvest the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a steady temperature of 18–20 °C.
