Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The Moscato Giallo grape is grown in Trentino, where the mild climate near Lake Garda and generous sunshine help it ripen and develop a more intense aroma. Some of the grapes are harvested late, so that they overripen naturally on the vine.
Vinification
Traditional winemaking with cold skin maceration, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16–18 °C. Once the desired balance of residual sugar and acidity is reached, fermentation is stopped by cooling the must. This preserves the wine's fresh, expressive fruit aroma.
Tasting profile
Pleasantly smooth and moderately sweet, with an aromatic, fresh and expressive fruit character.
