Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from hillside vineyards in Faedo and Valle di Cembra, Trentino.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in August. Following brief skin contact, the must ferments in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18–20 °C.
Ageing
Before bottling, the wine is stabilized in neutral vessels to preserve the bouquet’s fresh-fruit character.

Lovely aromas accompany a delicate palate.
Vintage notes
In 2020, a dry winter was followed by a cold March. Temperatures then rose quickly, prompting early budding and flowering. Conditions were mostly rainy from mid-May to early June, after which rainy spells regularly alternated with warm, dry periods. Nights remained cool throughout the summer. The vintage’s white wines were fresh and intensely aromatic.
