Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Trentino, along the Adige River valley at the foot of the Dolomites. The Alpine climate and sunny days give the Pinot Grigio a fresh, balanced and distinctive character.
Vinification
The grapes are picked entirely by hand at optimal ripeness. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a carefully controlled temperature, which preserves the pure varietal aromas and the natural vibrancy of the fruit.
