Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in an area called “Zablani,” which has well-drained soils and winds from Lake Garda.
Vinification
Forty per cent of the grapes are fermented in stainless-steel tanks, while the remaining 60% are fermented in small oak barrels.
Ageing
The wine fermented in small oak barrels remains there for 6–8 months. The wines are blended after 10–11 months.
Tasting profile
Fresh and refined, with a structured palate and notes of vanilla and ripe fruit.
