Vineyard and terroir
The Merlot grows at the foot of the Italian Dolomites, north of Lake Garda, at 200 metres above sea level. The vineyards have a particularly mild microclimate.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified traditionally at a controlled temperature of approximately 25 °C.
