Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Veneto, in vineyards with clay and sandy-clay soils. A cool microclimate is shaped by the Alps.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Fermentation is stopped when the desired residual sugar level is reached.
