Vineyard and terroir
The Cortese and Chardonnay grapes are grown in Piemonte in northwestern Italy, between the Western Alps to the north and west and the Apennine Mountains to the southeast. The proximity of these mountain ranges creates favourable conditions for viticulture.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified using a traditional white-wine method.
