Vineyard and terroir
Morando’s vineyards lie on hillsides in the provinces of Asti, Cuneo and Alessandria.
Vinification
The grapes are gently crushed and chilled to 12–15 °C for three to four days. The juice is then transferred to sealed stainless-steel tanks and fermented at a controlled temperature using the Charmat method. The wine is bottled under pressure.
Tasting profile
The wine retains the grape’s distinctive aroma and has a fresh taste.
Label / history
Morando was founded in the late nineteenth century and maintains Piedmontese winemaking traditions.
