Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in Rubicone. The wine belongs to a range of table wines made from grapes of different regions of Italy, intended to bring out the character of each terroir.
Vinification
After harvest the grapes undergo traditional white-wine vinification under strict temperature control.
Serving and pairing
Suited to the aperitif, and pairs with light dishes.
