Natale Verga

Natale Verga was founded by Enrico Verga in 1895. Over four generations the business has passed from father to son, together with the family's winemaking secrets, experience and respect for tradition. After more than a century in business, the winery is well regarded in the wine market. It is now led by Natale Verga, supported by his father Giancarlo and his sisters Cristina and Laura.

The facility is in the city of Como, in the province of Cermenate. It covers 20,000 square metres and has a production capacity of up to 25,000 hectolitres. Bottling is done on two fully automated lines, each described as using the latest technology, that together handle up to 10,000 bottles per hour. An on-site laboratory with advanced equipment carries out continuous quality control at every stage of wine production.

The family stresses respect for tradition and the handing down of winemaking secrets and experience from father to son.
