Vinification
Made from a low-alcohol dry white wine, with sugar syrup and grape spirit added. The wine is then transferred to large vats and barrels containing dried flowers, petals, aromatic plant roots and spices, and stirred continuously until they release their flavours and aromas.
Serving and pairing
Traditionally served as an aperitif before a meal to stimulate the appetite.
