The grapes come from the company’s vineyards in Veneto.
Grapes
The blend contains Glera with a small proportion of Pinot Nero.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 18–19 °C. Secondary fermentation follows the Charmat method in autoclaves for 60 days.
Label / history
Casa Martelletti is based in the small village of Cocconato, in the heart of the province of Asti, and has belonged to Perlino since 2004. Its wines are bottled in uniquely designed bottles.
